This offer is valid for a 3 nights stay FROM 11/04/2024 TO 24/05/2024 OUT.

To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit (non-refundable) is required and the balance will be paid upon arrival.
A deposit of € 100.00 is required at the check-in, in order to guarantee the accommodation’s status and the observance of the internal regulations. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, after the inspection of our Staff.

NOT INCLUDED in the offer: tourist tax, sheets and towels (can be rent upon arrival starting from € 5.00 per person: ask us for more information), final cleaning costs of € 38.00 mandatory per housing unit, and everything else not expressly mentioned.
